Returns and Exchanges

We offer free exchange and refunds (excluding shipping cost). Please email us at hello@kjuliet.com.au with your order number.

For our Canadian and US customers, we’re covering most of the international shipping cost from Australia, which is $30, but we’re only charging $8. Please note that for any exchanges or refunds, the full $30 shipping cost will apply, as we’re unable to absorb that additional expense. I'm sorry!

Australia, NZ, the US and Canada.

How much is shipping and how long will it take?

All shipping is free over $200. 

 

For AU customers:

Standard shipping is $9 and express is $15. Standard is 2-4 business days and express is 1-3 business days.

 

For NZ customers:

A flat rate of $15 and 4-7 business days for major metro areas. 

 

For Canadian customers: 

A flat rate of $12 USD and 5-9 business days for major metro areas.

 

For US customers:

A flat rate of $8 USD and 5-9 business days for major metro areas. 

 

When will my order be shipped?

We pack all orders same day if the order is placed before 11am AEST on weekdays. 

 

Sizing

Our robes are one size however we have two length options. If you want your robe to be flirty and short, then we recommend going with the standard robe. If you want extra length, then the long version has an extra 15cm. If you're unsure, just DM us. 

 

Packaging

Our current packaging is fugly to avoid parcels being stolen, particularly for our US customers. We're sorry it looks so bad but we hope you like what's inside!

Preorder and Restocks

I’m personally not a fan of pre-orders - too many unknowns and not enough control (a nightmare for someone like me who's a control freak). When it's absolutely necessary and we do a pre-order, please note that shipping dates are always estimates and depend on things completely out of our hands. That said, we’ll be sharing regular updates on Instagram, so keep an eye there for the latest!
