Changes to your order, address etc.
You can edit your order within 2 hours of placing it. There is an "edit" button on your confirmation email that will allow you to change your address, colour, products etc. After the two-hour period, it's difficult for us to manually edit.
Preorder and Restocks
** If your order includes a pre-order, your order won't be shipped until the pre-order arrives. The whole order is shipped together.
Pre-order ETA is an estimate and shipping dates depend on things completely out of our control. Please refer to each individual product for the pre-order ETA.
Returns and Exchanges
We offer free exchange (excluding shipping cost) for returns. Please email us at hello@kjuliet.com.au with your order number. Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted unless the item is in its original packaging (the clear slip).
No refunds for sale items.
When will my order be shipped?
For orders placed before 10am (ET) during business days, your order will be shipped same day.
How much is shipping and how long will it take?
For US customers:
A flat rate of $8 USD and 2-5 business days for major metro areas. We are now shipping US orders from our US warehouse yay. Benefit is, you receive it quicker. Negative is, only our short summer robes are available at the moment.
We dispatch quickly, however please be advised that delivery times are out of our control once handed over to the postal system as we are not on the postman.
For Canadian customers:
A flat rate of $12 USD and 4-8 business days for major metro areas, however this can change. Will be shipped from the US warehouse. We dispatch quickly, however please be advised that delivery times are out of our control once handed over to the postal system.
Sizing
Our robes are one size however our lilac, fuchsia, mint and cream robes have an extra inch of length on them to be more suitable for our girls over 5"8
Wash Instructions
For our summer robes, please wash on cold and hang dry. Avoid washing with bras or clips, as the robes have a loop fabric (that's how you get the print), so it can pull on bras. If this happens, you can easily cut the loose thread off.
Packaging
For US and Canadian customers, you receive fugly plain packaging to avoid being stolen. We're sorry it looks so bad but we hope you like what's inside!
Lost Parcels
Please email us but remember, we're dealing with USPS, so pray for us and your lost parcel.
